 Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) Plot Scheme 2024: New Mixed-Land Use Plots Scheme. The new mixed-use plot scheme by Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEIDA) was launched on January 1, 2024. The scheme offers eight plots for mixed-use spanning from 40,000 sq m to 91,225 sq m. 

 Affordable prices: YEIDA commercial or industrial plots are relatively affordable compared to other plots in the area, making them accessible to a larger number of people. Good infrastructure: YEIDA has developed good infrastructure in the area, including roads, water supply, and power supply, making it an attractive place to live.
